By reading Signal or subscribing to its issues, you agree to the terms below.

These terms are written in plain language and are designed to be read. They govern the relationship between you and Signal, published by Luminary Ventures Corp, a Florida corporation based in Osceola County, Florida.

Signal is a monthly editorial publication. One issue is published on the first Tuesday of each month and delivered to subscribers by email. Signal may also be read on the web at raleah.co/signal.

Signal reserves the right to modify its publication schedule, format, and editorial approach at its own discretion.

Subscription to Signal is free and requires only your email address. By subscribing, you consent to receive Signal issues at the cadence described above, along with occasional publication-related communications (no more than once per year outside the monthly schedule).

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of any Signal email. Unsubscribing is immediate and requires no explanation.

All content published in Signal — including essays, letters, field notes, photography, and design — is the intellectual property of Luminary Ventures Corp or its contributors, and is protected under copyright law.

You are welcome to:

• Read Signal for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to Signal issues on social platforms or in personal communications
• Quote briefly from Signal issues with attribution to the author and publication
• Reference Signal's ideas in your own writing, with proper credit

You may not:

• Republish Signal content in full without written permission
• Use Signal content to train, fine-tune, or benchmark machine learning models without written permission
• Modify Signal content and present it as your own
• Use Signal's design system, typography, or visual identity for other publications or commercial purposes

Signal invites reader communication. Any correspondence sent to Signal — including replies to issues, direct emails, and written responses — may be considered by the editor for future editorial use, unless the sender specifies otherwise.

Signal will never publish a reader's name, employer, or identifying information without explicit consent. Anonymized reference to a reader's observation may be used with editorial discretion, unless the reader has requested confidentiality.

Confidential communication should be marked as such at the beginning of the message.

Signal is delivered through third-party platforms including GoHighLevel and Mailgun. Your use of Signal is also subject to the terms of these providers, as described in Signal's Privacy Policy.

Signal may include links to third-party websites in its issues. These links are provided for reference and do not constitute endorsement. Signal is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.

Signal is an independent publication. It accepts no sponsorships, no advertising, no paid placements, and no promotional content. What is published in Signal reflects the editor's judgment, not commercial arrangements.

References to companies, products, or services in Signal issues are made only when editorially relevant, and never in exchange for compensation.

Signal publishes editorial commentary, personal observation, and general reflection on work, leadership, and related topics. Its content is intended for informational and editorial purposes only.
